PROJECTION OF EXPATRIATES FOR THE YEAR 2024 OPENS ON 15 DECEMBER 2023

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed that from 15 December 2023 onwards, companies registered on the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) online portal may apply for the projection of expatriates for Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) for the Year 2024.

We refer to the announcement made on 30 March 2023 on the projection of expatriates that the process for projection requests has been simplified and will be instantly successful upon your request.

The projection application is only applicable for utilisation in its respective year. Any projection balance for the year 2023 needs to be utilised in the year 2023 and will not be carried forward for year 2024,

To apply for the projection, please refer to the following steps:

1. Log in to your ESD account and click "Applications"
2. Click "Projection" (located in the "Setting" tab on the left column of the screen)
3. Select "Projection Year"
4. Request "New Projection"
   (Note: Justification for Projection, Numbers of Local Staff and Foreign Worker (Pekerja Asing) are mandatory)

1. Please update the latest e-SSM before the submission of the projection request
2. Please ensure to fill out all the information required e.g Total number of local staff, foreign staff
3. Please choose the correct Projection Year i.e. 2024, and Position Group (Top Management, Middle Management, Technical Expert, and Entry Level)
